Weddings start from £1500 and include:

  • A humanist wedding is a completely non-religious, ONE OF A KIND unique celebration that is welcoming, inclusive, and personally tailored to you. This means focusing on your love story and things that are important to you as a couple.

    I am a celebrant for wedding ceremonies, civil partnerships, vow renewals and divorce ceremonies too.

    Your ceremony include unique vows, readings, poems, music, and any rituals you choose, such as handfasting, symbolic knot-tying. It’s different from a civil or register office ceremony in that it’s entirely personalised to the couple and it can take place anywhere that a couple feels is significant to them. This can be ANYWHERE. A humanist wedding is entirely focused on you, your lives together and your love story

    A humanist wedding can be a small, intimate, traditional affair or a huge, elaborate, fun-filled celebration. The choice is up to you. Do you want your pets or children star of the ceremony? Let’s do it! Your day exactly as you want it!

    Alot of couples I speak with are not fussed on focusing on the Humanist side of the ceremony - This is also OK. We can discuss this!

  • I get this question a lot. Anyone who has been to a Humanist wedding will tell you it’s special.

    Humanist wedding Ceremonies are completely about the couple, their families, and THEIR story. It’s an intimate celebration of you as a couple. Together we create a script that is without rules and tradition. Completely unique and how you want it.

  • The simple answer is, no! There are no restrictions. If you’re feeling stuck, I have lots of ideas to help create a fun, unique ceremony that truly reflects your love story. I’ve experienced weddings everywhere you can think of; Farms, Woodlands, Beaches including a couples own back yard.

  • When considering your options, it is worth noting the price of booking a registrar to come out to your venue for the ceremony. DID YOU KNOW? The price is often not dissimilar to working with a celebrant (depending on your ceremony location).

  • I’m based in Penn, Buckinghamshire. I’m originally from Northern Ireland!

    I mainly conduct ceremonies in London and Buckinghamshire. I’m happy to travel to anywhere in the UK and even overseas. Contact me for costs.

  • Yes, I have full public liability and professional indemnity. This insurance is though my association with the Humanist UK Ceremonies network.
